Hello, I’m Kateryna!
I am a hands-on design leader passionate about setting up the foundation for new products, developing design strategy and vision, aligning teams around it, and championing it at an organizational level. As a Principal Product Designer at Intuit Mailchimp I have excelled in leading design strategy across critical company initiatives, from driving the creation of '0 to 1' offerings to supporting core product by leading churn prevention efforts. My superpower is to design in a boundaryless way, reaching across teams, organizations, and business units to maintain momentum, keep workstreams connected and the customer experience continuous.
Additionally, I love to coach and mentor designers, enabling them to scale their ability to deliver for the customer and the business. I worked towards improving early career programs and hiring processes, ensuring that Intuit's hiring practices were equitable and inclusive. And contributed to Intuit’s Design Job Architecture refresh leading to the establishment of Intuit-wide performance standards.
Few Facts About Me

I have traveled extensively through Europe and Asia, before settling down in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. I'm an outdoor enthusiast, hiking, rafting, and snowshoeing around BC and in the Canadian Rockies. I'm also a self-proclaimed foodie, who believes that brunch food is the best.
